No duties on re-exported merchandise

Global Access is designated as a U.S. Customs Port of Entry and has an onsite U.S. Customs office with 24-hour, seven-day-a-week operations. Global Access is also an activated Foreign Trade Zone. The 2,600-acre General Purpose Foreign Trade Zone (FTZ #243) includes two activated sites at Global Access and sites in Whittier, City of Industry, Ontario, Chino and Rialto, California. The zone offers importers and exporters the agility and cost benefits of being able to defer, reduce or eliminate duties while storing or transporting eligible products at Global Access and those companies sponsored by FTZ #243 within a 60-mile radius.
